LITTLEHAMPTON, England -- Two women aged 21 and 17 were late Sunday charged with the attempted murder of a 13-year-old mixed-race boy, who was stabbed on Friday in this town in southern England, AFP quoted police as saying. Police had said they suspected a racist crime after finding Danny Herbert in the early hours of Friday covered in blood on a road here. Stabbed several times, he was in a critical but stable condition in hospital Monday. The two young women were to appear in a court here on Monday. The assault on the 13-year-old bears striking resemblance to the recent murder of a schoolboy.
